default "blue moon", and under certain circumstances "super blood wolf moon" (inspired by Uridimmu (translates to “mad/ howling dog” or “gruesome hound”), a Babylonian figure of Lunar origins that inspired the Greeks to give homage in the constellation of Lupus. With the celestial phenomenon of the "super blood wolf moon" to occur, I figure that the My Little Pony character, Luna/ ("Lumina" in this AU), would have a form that mirrors this spectacular celestial event, albeit, a rather dark and twisted one.)
