He's Popeye the sailor man! Toot toot!

This reminds me of a piece made by a renown Korean artist. The same Popeye vs Bluto but with another level of kinkyness. I also remember some great action figures going by “Popeye and Bluto, stormy seas ahead” which are very realistic, although I remember Bluto has a less articulated torso compared to Popeye. I like the fact they made a detailed musclebear (musclebull?) action figure of Bluto.

have not seen the Korean artist rendition but do have the action figures; lovely indeed
