This depends on the case but commercial rights would have to be negotiated for as me and my partner have different opinions on it, also we would have to inquire of the detailed scope of the project & type of intended commercial use as frankly there are projects we don't want to associate with and would only consider offering limited commercial usage.
However since this my partner's outfit (and I'm assuming you are inquiring commercial rights for this outfit in particular) I will decline on her behalf as she is typically says no regardless when it comes to her works, which we hope for your understanding.

Ah I see! Frankly I don't have the time nor energy to sort out outfits from my 1000 submissions that fit your criteria as I do draw on my partner's and other user's bases a lot and it is pretty much just lumped into one folder for my work, so hope you understand it's not exactly feasible on my end to accommodate for such especially since we did not have intentions to offer commercial usage from the start of this account's creation. It is probably safer and easiest to Commission custom outfit with commercial license negotiated from the start. However we probably won't work on such a commission since we have other users who were interested in commissioning from us and we more inclined to notify them first on our commission availability due to making them wait so long.
