For once, an all ages pic. I drew this Skotta as a mascot for something called a "Junior Chamber". Never did find out if they ever used it. Named for the tail on her bobble hat, Skotta originally was a revenant, sent out to kill by the wizard who raised her from the grave. I think my modern version is much cuter, though.

Junior Chamber? Do you mean the Junior Chamber of Commerce?
I only recently heard about that myself. It's a leadership organization for people aged 18-40, designed so that the members can get experience running projects and gaining managerial experience, while doing things to help the local community. Kind of like overage Scouts, but without all the homophobia and intolerance of atheists.
It seems that each regional chapter has their own mascot, and that one looks cute and innocent.
