Here we have Azachaoth, the Blind Nuclear Pokemon, flying/ghost type...a mythical pokemon that power rival Arceus. A being that exists outside of the Pokemon universe (possibly from the Ultra Dimension or some other unknown universe). Can only be summoned at the peak of Mt. Madness at the center of the R'lyehlos region. But only those who are physically and mentally prepare for the horror and insanity that arrive into our plane of existence.
