Nooo, I dissent. In some cases, the more the years pass, the more treasured the moment when you wake up and open your eyes. To see who's beside you looking at you the same way.
Then again, it does depend. If you've come to like coffee more than you like sex, then sorry, I have no practical advice for you. :- )

Mo' dissent. Life moves on into age, and threatens us with Old-ness--so to speak--but piffle to alla that.
There is no 'old' There is only 'differently young.' (Do ya like that? Huh? Huh?)
Aside, I'm halfway through Betty Friedan's The Fountain of Age.
Dunno what or if Friedan would make of furry, and she's writing from a feminist Pov [duh!], but DAMN, there's a Wise Woman™ on the subject of age. Snorts at the world 'old,' really.
Recommended book, and a super-powerful antidote to those aforementioned sighs, IMHO.
