The young lady always had an affiliation with cherry blossoms; Her favorite color was the
rosy soft pink of the cherry blossoms. Her eyes would light up from excitement when she
saw a petal had gotten trapped in her luxurious hair. Her love for the blooms began when
she was ten years old. She returned to her new palace and began collecting Maple leaves
that had fallen from trees.
That’s when she saw something nearly impossible to see: A cherry blossom tree that
bloomed in October. The tree was somewhat magical, almost supernatural. Throughout the year,
the tree never stopped blooming; With constant pleading and begging to the Empress, Kaede
owned the only cherry blossom tree that never stopped blooming throughout the land.
