After events of Zerocross and Civil Soldiers alike, Laura Fortune partly healed from Infestation decided to finally return to her family and her homeland which Sigmaris Prime is. Little did anyone know was a mysterious person in dark cloak with marron patterns was visiting a half of the Terran Dominion's planet during all these past events, which resulted in several strange signals that led some forces of UED with James Headnail/me and Daelaam's Protoss researchers to take a camp in two of three cities on the said half of Sigmaris Prime. As Laura arrived first thing she encountered was a zombie. After the first fight despite of pilot's offering about leaving Sigmaris Prime to next safer planet for free, Laura decided to proceed so she'd find out what happened. On middle of the way she encountered a sick-looking young woman. The woman tried to ask for help and Laura tried to do so, some creature killed the woman from inside like a parasite and fused with her corpse into a horrible monstrosity. Laura easily defeated the monster with her P-07 Stinger pistol and her bio-organic blades then she proceeded further. Minutes later she met James Headnail and UED's soldiers who were protecting an old capital from an incoming hostile fungi before a backside gate. A break was far from over as an Infested Cave Troll broke through a frontal gate, killing few soldiers in process. During the struggled, the Troll managed to grab Laura, but then it lost the arm because of James Headnail slicing the arm off then hitting it with dash hard enough to vomit on both James and Laura. The couple were fine but despite of shower, they were smelling like a freshly-made mushroom soup for certain time. In next morning first things that went on was admiral Gerard Dugalle ordered James Headnail as a captain and several Smiths (UED's Marines) to track, find and kill the Infested Cave Troll. Meanwhile vice-admiral Alexei Stukov order all remaining UED's soldiers in old capital to help with repairing damages and protect all the citizens within the city. Laura went after James Headnail's squad and helped with defeating the Infested Cave Troll. After the victory, they found a strange plate on entry to a certain citadel. After researching it, James Headnail returned to HQ in old capital and began to track down a particular locations of five outer signals that turned to be related to that found where the citadel is. There, the Laura Fortune's big adventure begins.
