mara. My contribution to this month's FAX2 exchange round. Her name is Mareth, she's an interplanetary/galacial ambassador, and she's.... doing some kind of funky ritual dance of some alien tribe, or something. I don't know. It just looks cool. :P
More than a couple of hours on this, to be sure. I started to put a background on this, then ROYALLY screwed it over, so I had to copy my lineart and start again, this time opting for my default white background. x_x So sorry, maracrow.
I really like the anatomy and colors of this, though there are certain things that could have been done different- as there are in every piece of artwork.
