This here is a collab done with 
helenainclusar
Basically I was gifted the sketch of my character after my donation to the Red Cross to help with humanitarian aid in Urkaine.
First I didn't want to accept it but we both saw it as an opportunity to spread the word some more, so here go some infos:

From my experience, if you're donating to individuals, here's what is being used and what I've been using so far: Paysend, Wise, Paypal (through relatives outside Ukraine) ko-fi, patreon and Swift
It's been two weeks now but help is still very much needed, from people who are actively trying to survive in their country to refugees who have lost their homes, jobs and irreplaceables. It might not seem much what we're able to provide, but to some it could just change everything.

Yeah I felt like doing something new with this.
Some perlin noise and chromatic aberration is all to contribute to this effect, which helps suggest an overall more detailed feel where otherwise wouldn't be much detail at all.
The only downside is that it makes compression with png more difficult, hence the bigger filesize (that's why I chose to upload in .jpg -> the difference is 6.6 instead of 10.3 MB <v<
