I'm familiar with both. :) I'm a bit of an animation nerd and would be happy to do either the Hannah-Barbera/Secret Squirrel or Rocko/Camp Lazlo style -or any other you might have in mind. (I love 90's era Warner Bros, myself. :P )

As long as I've got Google to grab some references, I can do it no problem. I've done a variety of other art-style look-alikes that are WAY more involved than your typical American TV cartoon. :)

That’s great! About 18+ art, would it cost less if just a flat color or cover the cost of two flat color pin ups at full price?

For something like this, I'd be using the $40 cartoon art pricing for a full-body pin-up w/cell shading -$35 if you'd prefer a flat color.
(The titles on my Etsy store are mostly there for SEO purposes and are priced according to the amount of detail in a piece rather than content. There's no "porn tax" :P )
