A chipper little 'chu.

A few weeks ago,  indigoangelcat recommended a starter pack of decent watercolor paints to me...possibly in an attempt to stem the tide of watercolorable doodles queuing up in my sketchbook without any hope of being finished.

I let the box sit a few weeks (in case it were full of poisonous scorpions and/or ninjas) before finally opening it and testing it out on this old doodle. (This was also my first attempt at drawing a raichu, and at the time I was too lazy to look up a reference...so proportions may be off. Also, she's kinda-sorta chibi, ergo no thumbs.)
