Paypal no longer works in my country, so now I accept payments for commissions/YCHs here, I hope you understand! You can pay commissions through the donate button using paypal or bank card (registration may be required, but it's a very fast part, you can sign in with your google account).
You can find the dollar to ruble rate of paypal yourself (as a rule it is different from the international rate) and see how much in rubles you have to transfer. I understand that this is such a pain in the back, but to continue to work, this is the only option I have at the moment.
If you want to pay the commission with a visa, you need to look up the international dollar-ruble exchange rate, which you can do on google. If you have the option of transferring payment in dollars, then use this method!
