Two close predatory friends cuddling up close to each other in bed takes a lot of mutual respect and love for it to be safe for both. Though, when they both have a habit of devouring the other, it's much easier for both parties to relax since something happening is more expected. The scent and feel of their companion would just flood their senses while they sleep.

Both of those combine with the all too familiar memory of their friend's taste would cause them to dream of what one of them is very likely to do! Gently but surely pulling their sleeping friend into their maw and eagerly gulping them down. Filling that needy belly and giggling from the feel of the surprised occupant squirming around once they wake up!
