Descriptions of the Four species

Humans - Monstrous beings who hate what they don't understand.

Fulls - Animal people. Face eidoism (A belief that the other species are inferior to your own) against humans as they see them as animals rather than people. They can be any number of mammalian species.

Halflings - Half Full, half Human. Face the most eidoism due to the fact that a full and a human are required for one to be born, causing humans to see them as beings of beastiality. They have the most genetic diversity.

Cryptids - Generally go unnoticed but are seen from time to time. Can have a Human/Full/Halfling form to blend in. Some cryptids are created due to some sort of issue, these ones cannot change form. (i.e. the Wendigo)

History of Fulls

Fulls were found on a remote, previously unknown island discovered in 1576 by a person named Lesly H. Peterson. Fulls were then taken as slaves much like POC. Though due to their appearance, POC were no longer slaves by 1781, and were replaced by Fulls. It wasn't until the Equal Person Rights Act (EPRA) in 1949, that Fulls were no longer treated as pets. Though the vote for it was very close, with 49% of voters voting against it. Even now, Fulls and Halflings are still treated poorly.
Fulls and Halflings can be evicted, fired, incapable to be hired, or unworthy of education just because of their species. This has yet to be fixed. Even adoption centers are more like a pet shelter, having the orphaned Fulls/Halflings in a viewing room. The first Full politician, Hannah Yard, was in 2018, and there hasn't been another since.

Fulls appear as anthropomorphic animals. They stand on two legs, speak, think, and act just like Humans. Halflings, on the other hand, appear as humans, or like the Tanuki from Japanese mythology. But with animal ears, furry forearms, furry bellies, animal tails, and more, all these features are determined by genes, hence why they have the most genetic diversity.

In 1892 there was a war between humans and Fulls, most POC sided with the Fulls. The war lasted 17 years. Though most of the Fulls were killed, with only 192 reported human deaths and 1347 human injuries, the Fulls exhausted the Humans resources. This revolt was ultimately won by the Fulls, causing them to be treated more like pets than slaves, but even then, some Humans still treated them as less than nothing.
The best Full soldier was a female buffalo by the name of Ezra Markov. She weighed 2.3 tons at a height of 3,1m. It was said that Ezra could take on an entire Human Battalion, by herself, and come out with barely any scares.

There is a new term for prejudice against Fulls/Halflings due to the way they look, eidoism, coming from the Greek word, “Eídos,” Meaning species. An offensive/degrading word for Fulls/Halflings is Ter, deriving from the German word for animal, “Tier.”

History of Halflings

The first Halfling appearance was in 1872 in the House of Yard. The Lord of the house hid away Darren Yard as he was ashamed of himself. But Pen, the Yard’s pet Full, wouldn’t allow him to kill Darren. Pen later then killed her abuser/rapist, and ran out into the forest with her daughter.
Eventually, in 1896, after Pen’s death, Darren assimilated into Human society until eventually being caught and executed for a false accusation of espionage due to the war and her unusual appearance. Darren’s story is much more complicated and she lives to be a gay, Full, and Halfling Icon.

It wasn’t until 1927 that Halflings became recognized. They were treated as slaves and the excuse was that they are abominations made from Man impregnating Animal. Halflings were not even covered by EPRA. Halflings only gained rights during 1993, after the Interspecies Marriage and Child Bearing/Adoption Act (IMCBAA) Which this as well was mostly voted against. IMCBAA allowed Humans and Fulls to marry, have children, and adopt children legally. This of course had to cover Halfling rights as they are the result of Human and Full intercourse.
However, Halflings still have barely any rights. Such as the fact that they aren't allowed to own their own house, or even have a job, so an organization in Russia called, the Halfling and Full Protection Society (HFPS),a non-profit that has set out to create centers and plazas in many different states all across the world. These centers provide healthcare, shelter, food, jobs, shopping centers, and even entertainment for Halflings and Fulls. Humans are welcome but only as visitors.

History of Cryptids

The history of Cryptids is a highly complicated one, but their first supposed appearance dates back to about 12000 B.C.E. and they were either feared or worshiped depending on what they did. For example the Wendigo was a very feared cryptid due to its power and lust for human flesh. Cryptids are insanely rare to see in their true form, but for all you know, you could be friends with one as they can shapeshift into a Human/Full/Halfling so they can assimilate into society.
Cryptids today are mostly feared due to their unusuality.
