Mickel is the enforcer of the Empress' laws, and his host The Seven Stars is spread out throughout the empire in order to more effectively accomplish this duty. Mickel is one of the more popular Sovereigns among the commoners and noble class, and is looked upon favorably whenever he appears. He is considered fair and just in his enforcement of the law and understanding in its application. Very few have ever seen him fight. Even among his fellow Sovereign, only two can ever say they've witnessed him do more than simply draw his weapons but they have attested to his agile nature and precision. With his duty and purpose in mind, Mickel only ever shows up to Sovereign gatherings when it's actually important, or when the Empress specifically requests his presence.
