Commission by  Cyborg-ninja King Charizard seems to have reprogrammed Metal Sonic and given him the Jester outfit. Metal Sonic now serves Charizard by entertaining him such as juggling chainsaws. Charizard is enjoying the entertainment as he sits in his throne and watches. And yes, Jester Metal Sonic is a reference to the outfits in Sonic Rivals 2, and Charizard found a good use for one of Metal Sonic's outfits.
