Backstory

The small pink kobold was born on a stormy night. Her parent's annoyed at the color of her scales they began to raise her in typical brutal kobold fasion for one of her station. When she was a toddler her parents were both killed and rather than raise her the tribe decided toss her out on her own. The young kobold should have perished, but fate seemed to have another plan.

Viola, an assimar druid, lived with her wife Tyssera, a teifling rogue. The couple had a beautiful little hut in the woods, far enough away from the nearest town to be on their own, but close enough for shopping to not be a hassel. One day Viola was out collecting food. While she was picking berries from a rather large plant she grasped something odd. Pulling out the object she held up a rather tiny kobold who had berry juice all over her face. The poor thing looked terrified and half starved. Taking her home the couple quickly realised that like themselves, this little one was seen as an outcast among their people, and so they decided to adopt her. They named her Berry, as a cute reminder of how they "picked her off a berry bush" and also because neither knew actual kobold names.

Berry grew as an endless bundle of energy. She was adventurous and endlessly curious, which led to many worrying moments. At one point dissappearing for over 2 days, and when she emerged she had found a sword she said she found lodged in a tree. Knowing she would eventually want to explore the world Tyssera and Viola decided they needed to teach her how to survive, and after much deliberation they decided she was much more suited to the rogue training, however Viola wanted her to learn some stuff about nature. And so Berry learned how to competently protect herself and survive from her mothers and soon the day came where Berry set out on her own adventures with her gear and her sword in tow.
