This is Salisar, a dragon revenant. Despite his horrifying looks he is approachable and sophisticated. While spotting close to no magical talent or no incredible strength or agility, Salisar had achieved true immortality after he was resurrected. As a revenant he can never truly die and even when any body parts are severed, they continue to function. Even his head, which will continue to talk (and most likely complain too!). Walks like a wyvern because wyverns are cool!
