...jus' a lil' somethin' I whipped up fer dinner last night... a nice grilled pork steak dinner that's sure ta make the wolf in ya howl with delight!
instructions/ingredients:
1 pack of pork steaks (this one had 2 steaks in it)
5 large white potatoes
1 bag of frozen veggies (the broccoli, califlower & carrot mix)
1/2 of a medium sized onion
1 stick of butter
Moore's marinade
Worchestershire sauce
A-1 steak sauce
Nature's seasonings
Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasonings
parsley flakes
canola oil
Take a large an medium pot out (fer the potatoes an veggie mix) then cut away 3tblsp. of the butter ta put in the small pot an put the rest in the large pot ta melt. Add in the shakes of Nature's seasonings an Mrs. Dash (ta preferences) an also dice up the onion an add the parsel flakes (I did a large 3-finger pinch)
an let this simmer on medium. peel an cut potatoes inta large chunks... cover an let cook on medium, occassionally addin' a drizzlin' of canola oil while stirrin'...
Fer the mix veggiesI jus' added the bag ta the smaller pot with the 3tbls. butter an seasonings, covered then stirred occassionally.
Now while the veggies are cookin' jus' take yer pork steaks out an use a grillin' skillet, shake out a few splashes of the Moore's marinade an worchestershire sauce an grill steak ta preferences... I also shook out some of the Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasonings once on each side as the steak was grillin'... cook ta preferences then put on plate an top with a drizzlin' of A-1 steak sauce... an enjoy!
Whole thing probably only took 40-45 mins. tops ta make an ya got'cherself a nice hearty meal... so if ya give this a try then hope ya like it as much as I did! :)

Fron Chris: If you cannot find pork steak, just look for a decent sized boneless "Boston Butt" or "Picnic Size" pork meat, and have your butcher cut that into 1 to 1 1/2 inch slices.
