
Tokyo-style honey-garlic shrimp and veggie ramen
Here’s a great comforting noodle soup dish that beats takeout from your local ramen shop any day! (I was inspired from the ramen seen in “boruto: next generation” and wanted to try making something similar)
Here’s how I did it:
1-defrosted small bag of shrimp (de-veined and de-tailed) and cooked in a hot pan on high until fully cooked, then reduce heat to medium-low
2-slice up choice veggies (I used onions, green onions & mushrooms) then add to your shrimp
3-add in teriyaki sauce+honey+sriracha sauce and garlic powder/purée (be careful not to burn your sauce!)
4-while shrimp is cooking add 1-2 sticks of instant ramen or other choice noodle to medium pot of boiling water for 2-3 minutes
5-once ramen is cooked drain half the liquid and add your shrimp+veggies and stir on low heat
6-transfer to bowl then top with favourite toppings and enjoy!
