Find Me On:
Fur Affinity ◈ Weasyl Best described as "large and in charge", Bedelia works at a roadside bar as both a server and a bouncer, depending on what's needed on any given night... when she's not posing in her underwear, that is.

Her usual place keeps her pretty busy for sure, but maybe she could moonlight at Carmine's club sometime! I'm sure she's just as capable behind the bar as she is on the floor or at the door--I get the feeling the only place she might not dominate is the stage. That would be an interesting character quirk, now that I think about it, the idea that the normally confident, dominant, assertive and tough badger lady has serious stage fright and suddenly becomes rather timid and nervous the second she's in front of an audience.
Hobby, job, maybe she's got an OnlyFans or something on the side too, who knows?
I did just decide that I like the idea of her suffering from stage fright, though, because it conflicts with the rest of her character in an interesting way. Especially since so much of my art of her would suggest that she's not shy about anything, be it getting rough with an unruly customer, serving drinks, announcing that they're closing in 10 minutes so finish your drinks and get the hell out, or modeling in her underwear, it seems like an interesting quirk to have her freeze up and get very timid and shy the moment she's on a stage in front of a live audience. Maybe it's the "live" part of "live audience" that gets to her?

Hmm... I suppose that, with being on stage, one is clearly the center of attention, and there's just more of an expectation of sorts? Being on a stage is something of an "open" or "vulnerable" position as well, so I'd guess that between being watched and being exposed, it probably activates some very primal survival instincts.
