Always a bit of a black sheep, he grew up struggling to live off the streets till he found himself among the men of the crime family; Deadend Exit. When its former leader falls to a rival gang, Shepherd becomes their new leader, striving to gain everything he could never have before. He is smooth talking and remains calm on the surface, but has a vengeful nature.
