perspective is a bit.. odd in this D: but I can see your colouring has been improved upon. Its really good in some places, but a bit flat in others, so you need to work on consistency. Something I think you may want to begin to consider now is the thickness of your lines just to add extra life or effect.

Well! I just messed around with my sleep schedule yesterday and I'm happy to say I got online two hours ago, and will likely be around 'till early evening before I konk out again (which I believe is close to your own bedtime anyways).

Hmm, not sure what I think about this. I know it's just supposed to be a fun picture, but the hindpaws are displayed so prominently that they really draw focus away from everything else in the picture. I didn't even notice that Tyler was in the process of eating someone at first because of how far away he is from the onlooker's perspective. (I only ended up noticing because I know what kind of art you draw and I expected something like that to be there. :P ) Pikachu are actually designed like that, I know, but just based on the physical form of the character, the perspective and pose you chose, along with the placement of the various micros just don't really mesh together very well. Also, some of the micros look like they're shaded slightly differently, or were colored differently or I don't know what (since I'm not really and artist so you should take all critique from me with a grain of salt), which was also distracting once I found them all and had time to focus further on them.
Looking back, I could've just "this"ed Dray's comment, since he said in general what I meant but in far fewer words. <.< I agree with him regarding what's good about the pic, though! :3 The water looks great, as well.
