You must have a reference or image of your character. You must have references for clothes or detailed description with photo examples. (I can provide my collection of armor references if you don't know what kind of armor you want)
You can choose the color of the horse.
Classic knight's armor would look best here! Imagine all those reflections of flowers on the armor ^_^
