I really enjoyed creating this piece. I made it during the COVID lockdown (which I did with pretty much everything I've made so far). COVID sounds very similar to corvid which is the family name for crows and ravens. So I was inspired to do a sort of life/death design with a crow. The skull was a lot of fun to do. This is a card case, so you can put credit cards and such in it. Sort of like a wallet put only for cards. The kit it came with says it's also supposed to be a phone sleeve but I don't honestly see how you'd fit a phone in it. I've tried to fit an old iphone in it and it just doesn't really work.

I do all my design work using a leather burning tool. It's very fun and like having to work in shades. darker shading means you burn it longer, and for lighter shading you have to keep the burner moving so it doesn't do it too dark. And since it's a burning, there's no erasing what you've done, so it was a little nerve wrecking at first, but I super enjoy it.
