Iluq regularly visits the nearest city to trade resources, fish she caught, and artwork for other goods. Some of her friendly regulars include an old grizzly with a steady paw. He keeps one claw especially sharp and has a passion for carving wooden figurines which Iluq regularly trades art for. He developed a soft side for her when she voluntarily painted a portrait of his late wife to cheer him up. All of his figurines, despite their size, are created with impressive passion and care.

She's also befriended a metal worker/blades smith. She's a battle-scarred mountain goat, hardened on the surface but also has a secret soft spot for Iluq. Iluq knows it so she never hassles her about her guarded nature. This is where she gets nice arrowheads.

But in this case, Iluq visits her favorite tailor, an elderly, young-spirited, energetic possum with an eye for style and detail. Iluq always gives her an extra fish or two because she has trouble hunting for herself these days. To return the favor, this dress was custom-made for her so she has something to wear when she visits the city in her leisure time, instead of just for trading.
