First two outer signals found by James Headnail and UED squadrons were located: first somewhere in hills over a cliff and fungal forest behind a desert edge under the cliff. First squadron was sent to the hills but they didn't return so far. Therefore Laura decided to go there next, right after she made a first weapon for herself; some sort of semi-organic partly psionic gunblade. In the way she saw an old engineer being raided by a strange rogue in black and maroon. During the confrontation the robber tried to bribe Laura but failed, dying in the fight. After that, a repairings of damaged buildings on ways to Old Capital had began, including one house for one UED's Smith, who decided to take a retirement in. When Laura went to first outer signal's location she found a cave where a giant spiders had a nest. Sooner or later Laura destroyed the nest and in 20% unlocked the entrance to a citadel.
