You can pay commissions through the donate button using paypal (registration may be required, but it's a very fast part, you can sign in with your google account). You can find the dollar to ruble rate of paypal yourself here or in your Paypal account and see how much in rubles you have to transfer. I understand that this is such a pain in the back, but to continue to work, this is the only option I have at the moment.
