Okay, not a normal picture for me, and you should have seen the original! I had a weird request and have filled it out seperately to the desired specifications. The one thing that bugged me though was that most of the line work was really good, and the genuine pinup concept was too much to pass on. With permission I ended up heavily modifying the colors of this Mewtwo and the defining features so no one could guess her (it's very hard to add lines that have the same consistency as the original. The ears were a pain to put in, and redoing the reflection was also as annoying.). Fair enough, I figured. Saves me not having to explain the other artistic liberties of the original either, as in naked versus clothes, for example.
Anyway, simple concept of a Mewtwo clone, female of course, lounging on an ocean side pool. The color scheme now is a lot better than the original, nice to have so much variety of jewel blues, hence the title. Drawing wise, I loved the original lines, although these modified ones still hold up okay. Definitely amusing to have some remnant of the original up somewhere. Hate wasting art.
