It has been a little while since Niamh got any new art, so here she is in a beautiful brand-new winter themed icon by NiobeNox. From the look of things, I'd say my bunny is ready for the winter. Lucky girl. It must be nice to have all that thick, warm fur.

I agree, the snow on her nose is absolutely adorable! And this is an artist I've yet to see! Thank you for posting, as I now have one more gallery to scour and favorite whilst watching. I could just see Niamh trying to hold her own in a snowball fight, or diving into the snow itself to take cover!
Oh, well then you're welcome! Niobe's work is really nice and I've always enjoyed the way she draws rabbits so I've commissioned her a couple of times in the past, once for an almost full-body picture of Niamh that I really love. So I'm sure you'll enjoy her work. As for Niamh and snowball fights, she's a more cunning snow warrior than you might think, given her species. If she dives under the snow, it's only to find a better position for ambush! (Well, one can't be friends with a fox for years without learning a few tricks, after all.)
I'll have to remember that if I ever go into 'cold war' with Niamh! I don't know how many layers of clothing it would take to defend against that, but after getting to play in the snow for the first time not long ago, I know it'd be cold!

*Grins* As well you should! Oh, but she wouldn't go too hard on you, especially if you're not used to playing in the snow. Lucky you. For myself, I kind of miss Florida in the winter. I'm glad you enjoyed Niobe's gallery! I'm not too big on chibis, either, but I thought she made them look cute. And her regular work is always a lot of fun to see.
It is. I love the way Niobe draws eyes, and I think she did a really nice job with Niamh's in this icon. And honestly, I really have to agree with you on her expression. She has such a happy, almost rejuvinated look that you can just imagine all kinds of winter fun. And mischief! That's what put the idea of the snowball fight in my head to begin with. When Niobe drew it, the idea went no further than just a dusting of snow in her fur, but it really took off from there. Thanks!
