No, this isn't the Indian Valley Railroad from Shining Time Station, I'm talking about the defunct short line in Plumas County, California that ran from Paxton to Engels. I decided to draw one of their locomotives out of boredom... that and I've been obsessing over real life trains as of late.

Given the time period of the real life Indian Valley Railroad (1917-1938), there isn't much in terms of photos of it and it's locomotives. So It was a bit of a task trying to get this as accurate as possible. I mainly used a phot of their #2 for reference (both locos are the same class) and a couple pics of their #1. I had to improvise a couple of things too (mainly the livery since the pics were all monochrome). Despite all this, I'm highly satisfied with the results.
