
I dreamt about this some nights ago. A corn field, where the dead and the alive could sometimes meet and stay together, for a while. It was a sad but sweet dream.

I really enjoy how the gone-beyond are more transparent in this piece (and lacking pupils), with the corn stalks or the folding table showing through. Yet they're still there, still present. It is bittersweet indeed... but I'd give a rather lot to see my departed kitties, or my friend Ben, this way. Even if only for a little while.

there was an experiment here in germany a few years ago where they had several teams create crop circles in utter silence, with witnesses all around the field... and nobody caught a noise. :P only one circle was unfinished, it was a team of two, and they fell asleep eventually...

Well, this one in particular is coffee, that acts slightly different from watercolors ( you can't give it many effects because isn't grainy). I learned the basics in school but there are a few good tutorials on YouTube about techniques and effects. This one is my fav, it's short, simple, and useful
