Of the legions under a demonic emperor's command, one elite force stands out above the others. Imbued with a dark power elevating them above mere mortals, the Taskmasters are the Eternal Emperor's personal fist in war and defence. Leading these demon-warriors is Indricas, bestowed the title of the Emproer's Witness. Some say Indricas himself was chosen, as when he was but an infant the Emperor bestowed on him a talisman made with his divine scales. Holding on to it for a lifetime and infused with the Emperor's own essence, there are few now in the holy dominion who could match the Lord-Commander as a fighter.
