A Certain Philadelphian Who Shall Remain Unnamed produced this, in response to jibes I was making last night as to how the Russian Army would hark back to the World War II era to fix its vehicle logistics problems. I mean, you know how those lads were about banners with Great Figures on them.

I read today that some hand-picked dumbass in Putin's Duma wants the U.S. to return Alaska, which we bought fair and square over 150 years ago -- and they were glad to be shut of -- and Fort Ross near Healdsburg, California, which they more than willingly sold to John Sutter, a Swiss-Mexican merchant (of Sutter's Mill fame) in 1838. I'd use the phrase 'Indian Giver' but it's an affront to my ancestors.
