This is Hinata Santo, a Japanese Serow, younger brother of Dr. Akemi Santo (aka Japan B.O.S. Medical Director Supadokuta). Hinata is the polar opposite of his secretly famous sister.

Hinata is more outgoing, more carefree, more spontaneous and less mature than the more solemn Akemi. Although he loves his sister very much, Hinata thinks of her as a 'stick in the mud' and no fun to be around. Little does he know that Akemi has superpowers let alone lives a life of exciting adventure and intrigue as a Bureau of Superheroes operative.

I wonder what he'd think if he knew the truth?
