So in my free time I've been writing a Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach fanfiction story set in an alternate universe where Evan Afton aka "The Crying Child" never died and grew up to become a brilliant roboticist like his father. And I just couldn't resist the temptation to visualize the original characters of the story. Although Vanny and Evan Afton are technically not original characters, they're so radically different from their canon versions that I felt that they should be included.
Characters from left to right:
Harriet Emily
Henry Emily's grandniece and the current CEO of Fazbear Entertainment, Harriet Emily is an unscrupulous woman who only cares about the company's bottom line. She desperately wants to gain full access to Dr. Afton's robotics technology so that Fazbear Entertainment can take full advantage of it, but she has failed in her efforts so far. Harriet even had Glamrock Foxy and Bonnie decommissioned in the hopes of forcing him to comply to her demands, but the old man refuses to budge.
Nathan Vanoff
The chief operations officer of Fazbear Entertainment, Nathan Vanoff is Harriet's right-hand man. Charming and duplicitous, as well as ambitious and ruthless, Vanoff has climbed the corporate ladder in a remarkably short amount of time. He's never afraid to get his hands dirty and is perfectly willing to throw anyone under the bus if it benefits him. Even Harriet herself is keeping an eye on him, just to be safe.
Eliza Andersen
The new night guard of Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex, Eliza Andersen literally only got the job because she wanted to hang out with the animatronics after hours, especially Roxanne Wolf, who she has a big crush on. She even moved across the country to get the job. She had no idea that most of her predecessors had either disappeared or been brutally murdered, and now she is more or less stuck here.
Eliza found a kindred spirit in Dr. Afton, as the two had similarly traumatic childhoods and ended up turning into misanthropes. Though, in her it manifests as a deep mistrust towards other human beings, whereas Dr. Afton seemingly despises humanity.
Vanny
According to Dr. Afton, Vanny serves as his protector and assistant, but she's been seen prowling the Pizzaplex at night and it's unclear whether she's had any hand in the recent murders and disappearances. Although the rabbit animatronic is significantly less advanced than the Glamrocks, her creator has given her a number of upgrades to help her excel in her duties.
Vanny is seemingly incapable of communicating with anything other than basic gestures. However, according to Dr. Afton, she does in fact speak to him.
Dr. Evan Afton aka "The Crying Child"
The head roboticist of Fazbear Entertainment and the CEO of its subsidiary company Afton Robotics, Dr. Evan Afton is the enigmatic miracle worker behind the company's incredibly advanced animatronics. Despite his hatred of his father, Dr. Afton has nevertheless followed in his footsteps, perhaps in more ways than one, and become an incredibly gifted roboticist.
Dr. Afton is a misanthrope of the highest caliber, and will not interact with other human beings in person unless he deems it necessary, instead preferring the company of his own creations. The entirety of his own staff were replaced by robots and automated systems a long time ago, allowing him to keep the technology behind his creations a secret, much to the chagrin of his employers, but there isn't much they can do as he has become indispensable to them.
Many suspect that Dr. Afton is behind the murders and disappearances that have been occurring, especially since they started shortly after Glamrock Foxy and Bonnie were decommissioned on Harriet's orders, but no one has been able to prove it so far. Surprisingly, Fazbear Entertainment itself has gone great lengths to protect Dr. Afton, as the higher-ups have reason to believe that he has set up a dead man's switch that will completely erase every piece of data related to his work should anything happen to him.
Despite harboring a general hatred for humanity, Dr. Afton has become quite fond of Eliza, the new night guard, as the two share similar childhood experiences. So much so that he has, rather ominously, reassured her that no harm will come to her.

Another Fnaf lore enthusiast? rare to see here. Even rarer for them to be an artist.
though a bit of warning; not everyone accepts that the Crying child's name is Evan. they will ger real pissed real quick.
but anyway, I cant help but imagine Chica just picking up Eliza and sprinting full speed to introduce her to the band. very well written!

I'm not so sure I'd call myself a lore enthusiast, given how recently I got into FNAF, but I definitely think the lore is really cool and interesting, lol.
The nice thing about this being an AU is that I can just say that the Crying Child's name is Evan in this universe, even if it isn't canonical. At least I hope so.
Anyway, thank you! <3

Sat down and had a read of your writing, gotta say I enjoyed it. There a few small scenes where Eliza seems odd with her panic attacks/mannerism but apart from that everyone was believable.
I do like your take of almost android like animatronics that is cool, awesome work I plan to keep tabs on your writing to see where you take the story.

Awesome to hear your feeling better, please look after yourself.
While I am loving the story, one small detail popped up that you might need to briefly cover a bit. Eliza is the new security guard, yet I don’t think you had her do anything except interact with the animatronics the past two nights) 3-5 chapters..
Easy way around that could be to say ‘they let her settle in’ before having her do/check small things or ‘patrol’ areas staff bots are not allowed or not fully trusted to look at, I know a nighttime security guard and ye they have hours of free time on the job. They still however need to go check/patrol areas every few hours or look for anything out of place or report/file stuff that may affect the day guard or they may need to look out for. Eg, why something may be broken or one of the animatronics acting weird.
^.=.^; sorry just a suggestion. I am looking forward to the next chapter and some of the comments and scenes got me really curious where your gonna take the story.
Good luck!

That's actually intentional. In the first chapter, her employer tells her: "Honestly, night time security here is completely automated; the only reason we need a night shift security officer is because federal regulations require human oversight of automated systems. You could literally just stay in your office all night and stream movies if you wanted to, or go hang out with the animatronics."
More importantly, and this is a little bit of a spoiler, but Eliza is actually really bad at her job due to her infatuation with the Glamrock girls and her fear of being killed, and some people are taking advantage of that. Go back and read Eliza's conversations with Dr. Afton in chapter 1 and 7 with that in mind. ;3
