It seems that a 40 year old birb is looking at you with an evil smile while he is examining your every action better be careful there might be a talking pointy hat behind him (I read the description of this character and saw he used Harry Potter as an example for him which is why I made up the pointy hat part)
This was a request where I got to choose which one of his characters I drew for the requester so I decided on his old timer because I haven't done birbs for a bit and I'm kinda like the feel of science like personality he has even if he is devious about his experiments (also I got this information and ref from his Toyhouse)
