Looks like his friend Schei has a pretty serious weight problem... it's a wonder how he can even fit through doors anymore. Luckily, Erik (who isn't looking too healthy himself) is more than happy to show him some exercise routines and cheer him on! Sure, everyone in the gym might be staring, Schei can barely do a few reps (even without weights on the bar), and his workout clothes look ready to burst at any moment... But as long as they can stay diligent for a few months and ignore the fast food joint across the street, they can shred off all this extra pudge in no time at all! ...Right?
