Ingredients:
pork side ribs
kraft honey mustard
crown royal whisky
turmeric
black pepper
jamaican style jerk seasoning
thym
old bay
maple syrup
curry
Directions:
Put the pork ribs in a zip lock bag as well as the rest ingredients and rub the mixture into the meat. next let it sit in the fridge over night. Fire up your charcoals smoker and let it get to the smoke zone (200-250 degrease) set the ribs on the grill and let then cook for 7 hours flipping them once.
*I did add a few peaces of Sugar Maple wood to the charcoal*
