Idk if you're still looking for tips on sculpting hair, but something my professors have repeatedly told me while sculpting or painting very detailed things like that, you don't want to aim for getting individual hairs, but rather just hinting at them. If you insinuate some kind of texture, the viewer's mind will fill in the finer details for you, but think of the hair as one big mass of shape as you sculpt c:
