Aww, they cannot be deflated? They only are allowed to move by bouncing and rolling? That seems like a very inconvenient state. Being puffy for a while is sure a fun thing but to commit fully to be nothing more but stretched out and round all the time...Not sure if that would be comfortable. They cannot even go to places unless they have help. <:3

Oh, so it's not permanent then? I thought it was based of the title. I have read some stories about where somebody eats something affected by wizardry or magical trinkets and that causes them to bloat slowly without stopping. The characters then are pretty much cursed to their bloated fate and have to arrange to that new lifestyle. I tend to feel sad for that they need to give up on a bunch of things then and are at times even unable to go outside because they don't fit through doors any longer.
I guess in this case if they are a Hmaster then they likely have a bunch of bigger friends who can carry them around and help them out when they need to be fed and whatnot (in case it's more of a pet situation of course; could also be a Hamster furry character that is bigger than the usually only some inches small ones). But yeah, it's nice when you know people with magical abilities. They can come up with all sorts of funny ideas and solutions for any circumstances.

I'll explain further. Some time ago I made pics with Martin as a perma-balloon, with Starie too. Perma-balloons cannot deflate, but can be flattened, although they get back to perma-balloons after being flattened

Ah, so the air inside is just compressed as tehy are flattened and expands as soon as they got room again. Permaballoons would be useful if you'd want a toy balloon that doesn't deflate. Though wouldn't be too advisable to add more air to such balloons then if they can't go smaller afterwards. XD
