UPDATE: I've decided to change a couple of things to my character.
My fan made characters for T.U.F.F. Puppy.
This here is the villanous General Herman Schnowzer. Despite his name, he's a german sheperd (with a german accent) and is leader of his own villanous empire. Once a T.U.F.F. (Turbo Undercover Fighting Force) agent, the best in the organization, things turned assunder when celebrating his 10th year on the agency, he recieved a present with a springing boxing glove (like you see on cartoons) from one of the agents. However, T.U.F.F. did not mean any harm, it was because the day they celebrated his 10th year was on April 1st a.k.a. April Fools Day. Everyone had a good laugh but not Schnowzer. Ever since that day he swore revenge to destory T.U.F.F. and that's when he made his own evil empire. He is now the leader of an evil army of mammals (dogs, foxes, wolves, etc.) and has a wide array of tanks, jets and many assorted evil vehicles. He's sidekick, Schultz is a small fox who wears a classic WWII Nazi helmet (although it's hard to see in the picture, with an Iron Cross symbol on it's side) and his assistant and is yelled at and hit on the head/helmet by Schnowzer when he does something wrong or goofs up. Schultz is loyal, obediant, and takes every command from the general without question (despite the fact he's silent and says no word). Schnowzer knows one day he'll have his revenge on T.U.F.F., but with Agents Dudley Puppy and Kitty Katswell on the job to save the day, he doesn't stand a chance. General Schnowzer and Schultz were inspired by Von Vulture and Schultz from the Looney Tunes short Daffy The Commando. That short got me thinking I think that villian like that could really work as a villian for the show. My voice for General Schnowzer would be either Dee Bradley Baker or Rob Rackstraw (Professor Professor of The Secret Show).
T.U.F.F. Puppy is created by Butch Hartman and the property of Butch Hartman, Viacom and Nick
General Schnowzer and Schultz are created by and property of me, Artsy08
The inspiration Vov Vulture and Schultz were created by Friz Freleng and Michael Maltese and the property of Warner Bros. (even though the cartoon is in the public domain)
