Mona Lisa (from the classic ninja turtles cartoon) again, this time closer to her show design because I actually got to watch her episode again! Took some liberties via her fighting gear- looks like Raphael's introduced her to his particular brand of anger management.

I have like a serious love affair with this character and have been drawing her a lot. Oh mona <3
