Cream soon finds herself climbing back up as the ocean floor rises up...and as it rises up, she rises up...and up...and up, until she's right by Angel Island, which is now smaller than she is. As for Amy, she's grown to the point where she can now sit comfortably on the mountains of the island, the strength of the spell allowing her to catch up to Cream...somewhat, anyway.
However, Sonic is nowhere to be found. Maybe he isn't there after all. Who is there, however, is Tikal, who is absolutely enamored with the idea of becoming a giantess herself. The size that Cream has reached (and is still reaching) has her wishing she could do the same thing.
That's when the Master Emerald begins to glow...
Oh oh, here we go again! The Master Emerald is the most powerful artifact on the planet...which means...you know what...

So, the all powerful master emerald is gonna escalate the growth of these three to a crazy new heights!? Whole feet instead of inches now only today?
