Its very difficult to do little details in watercolor, so I'm not as happy with this one as with my usual stuff. If I could redo parts of it, however, I'd redo the sky and the grass.

I do not see anything wrong with it, Timid. Generally watercolors tend to be impressionistic rather than photorealistic. And, after all, it is the buidling which is the subject of the work and not the sky or grass.
This is a very good building-scape. I'd frame it and hang it on my wall.
