I used Photoshop CS to add the screentones, and they were downloaded from Deviantart. Here is a link to show how is done http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/19086509/, I use a similar style from this one.
too much screen tone, use more solid blacks ... like maybe more black on the tyres?
its to hectic and hurts the eyes... or perhaps use different textures instead of just the dots.. or maybe if the sky had been left white... muurrr >.< but then you loose the sun detail and clouds... waah
ah well love the style and nice fun inking. comic pages like this are always my faves allways gotta have at least one ^.^
