Oh, how mighty they be
The great kings and queens
Tremors shall befall the land
As with their paws, they give commands

With Such of view
So, very high from you
With just a smile they show every tooth
Even when there is just a few

For every cloud that graces their form
Their misty bodies were easily torn
Making any hope of savage storms
Into nothing but plans forlorn

As their simple shadow tops every cloud
Their soft voice still heard by crowds
You must speak with a voice so loud
For you cannot force their bow

You hope each time they have mercy
For you have no power against their cruelty
If with you, they wish dirty their paws made dirty
Dome and servitude are simple certainties

If gentle be their souls
Possessing harts not cold
With you, in gentle paws, they’ll hold
And maybe a few stories they’ll share

Oh, though mighty they may be
And they may be great kings and queens
They may make trembling lands
And with their simple paw giving great commands

If they be of gentle souls
They may wish for a friend to hold.
