Kato is a sort of cleric dragonborn and is the twin of Tokkain. Sadly Tokkain never got finished before the complication between myself and the artist happened. So this is all that remains.
Edit: A few minutes after posting this I remembered something, this itself is incomplete as well. It was supposed to be a full ref sheet with a back view and everything. So it is incomplete as well technically.
