He walked around Samuel and reached past the elf's slender neck, looking deep into his eyes as he grabbed for the collar.
"You need to rest. It won't help anyone if you collapse, least of all you." He spoke softly.
Samuel did not return the turian's deep gaze for long, but lowered his eyes. "I can take care of myself." He growled.
"I know. And yet..." Varius said.
Samuel looked up as a second soft click sounded. Varius had come so close that he could feel the turian's breath on his lips.
"Like Teekoy said: you're overdoing it." He whispered, raising his horn eyebrows gently.
"If you kiss me now, I'll bite you." Samuel warned softly.
"Mmm, tempting." Varius smirked. "That would be a perfectly fitting thanks though."
